612 Lofts (logo)Front of buildingThis vintage building was originally built for Culpepper Furniture Company in the 1950s. In the 1980s it became Hefner’s Fine Gifts & China. Recently it was transformed into an upscale rental loft apartment building, known as 612 Lofts.

Assigned garage parking is provided with each loft.

612 Lofts is located at 612 W. Texas Avenue, across from Lee College and next to Baytown’s Historic Oak Tree.
